Shipping, Warranty & Return Policies

Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately. 

SHIPPING:

  • Shipped from Black Hills Gold by Coleman factory Monday-Friday within 2-7 business days after receipt of order. All items are available to order. Ship in USA only.
  • Not responsible for incorrect shipping address provided on Order Form.  All shipping addresses that do not match Credit Card Billing Address must be confirmed by Credit Card holder.
  • Free USPS 1st Class Mail shipping on all orders shipped in USA meeting $75 minimum order, not including tax.  Cart subtotals under $75 and requesting USPS 1st Class Mail will incur a $4 handling fee.
  • USPS Shipping Options: Parcel Post, Priority Mail, or Express Mail.  Flat rates depending on approximate weight and includes handling charges. Express Mail Only includes $100 insurance.
  • UPS Shipping Options: Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day.  Rates depending on approximate weight and includes handling charges. $100 insurance included.
  • Insurance Options:  Both Express Mail and UPS shipping options include $100 insurance.
  • Order status and shipping information are available 1 day after shipment and can be obtained by clicking "Track Your Order" on the top navigation bar.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE/SERVICE/REPAIR:

All jewelry is covered by a Black Hills Gold by Coleman Lifetime Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship and is handled directly by Black Hills Gold by Coleman.  Also, all service or repair requests are handled directly by Black Hills Gold by Coleman.  See Guarantee/Service/Repair Page on the navigation bar.

RETURN POLICY:

In order to continue to offer low pricing and free shipping our Return Policy is as follows and offers three options for return.  Also see Return Authorization Procedure below.

  • Returns due to incorrect item received or a damaged piece of jewelry are for replacement only for correct item or identical replacement. Requests for return authorization must be received within 24 hours of receipt of shipment and are valid for 14 days from receipt of RA#. Buyer is not responsible for shipping costs. Refusal of this FREE replacement offer will then be handled as stated below under “all other requests” and will incur stated charges.
  • All other requests for refund/return/replacement must request return authorization within 7 days of receipt of shipment and are valid for 14 days from receipt of RA#. We will not accept returns on special ordered ring sizes, specially made jewelry, or any jewelry with gemstone choices. These returns must be sent prepaid by the buyer and will incur shipping, handling and/or processing charges.  Refunds will be given in either a store credit or refund as follows.
    • Store credit toward a future order of equal or greater value will be issued for original jewelry price paid less any discount/coupon received and will not include original shipping/handling/insurance costs paid by buyer.  In the case of original orders that received free shipping or orders under $75, the credit will be less $7.00 (waived if original order was for more than 1 item).
    • Refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee on original jewelry price less any discount/coupon. Refunds will not include original shipping/handling/insurance costs paid by buyer.  In the case of original orders that received free shipping or orders under $75, the refund will be less $7.00 (waived if ordered more than 1 item). Refunds will be issued in 14 days after receipt of return in the same manner as received.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE:

  • Click on "RA# Request Form" Page located on the navigation bar to request your RA#. 
  • After submitting the RA# Form you will receive further instructions within a few days.  The RA# MUST be clearly printed on the outside of the package being returned and the RA# Form must be enclosed.  RA# is valid for 14 days after receipt.
  • Any returned package without authorization and that does not have a RA# or Form enclosed will be charged a $10 fee on their return/refund and will be responsible for their return shipping costs.
  • All returns are inspected by Black Hills Gold by Coleman and must be returned in original/new condition before any credit, refund or replacement is given.
