• Free USPS 1st Class Mail shipping offer on all orders and will be the default option.
• USPS Shipping Options:  Parcel Post $8.95, Priority Mail $9.55, or Express Mail $26.25.
• UPS Shipping Options: Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day.
• Order status and shipping information are available 1 day after shipment and can be obtained by clicking "Track Your Order" on the top of the page.
• All merchandise has a Lifetime Warranty.
• IMPORTANT: Returns covered under the Lifetime Warranty must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  Click on "RA# Request Form" located on the left side of your screen to request your RA#.
• When you have finished the RA# Form you will receive a RA# which MUST be clearly printed on the outside of the package being returned and the RA# Form must be enclosed.
• Any returned package that does not have an RA# or Form enclosed will be returned to sender.   Returns must be shipped prepaid.
• RA#'s are valid for 14 days.
• All other returns will be accepted on a case by case basis.  May include shipping and handling charges.
